Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 1 June 2025

This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and the timeline for processing. Please read it carefully before subscribing.

1. Pro Annual Plan (₹7,999 / year)

Free Trial Period

The Pro Annual plan includes a free trial period. During this period you have full access to all Pro features at no charge.

  • Cancellation during the free trial: You may cancel at any time before the trial ends. No amount will be charged and no refund is necessary.
  • Refund if charged during trial: If a billing error results in a charge during the free trial period, a full refund of ₹7,999 will be issued upon request. Please email ceo@oxbrivy.com within 7 days of the charge.

After the Free Trial — Active Subscription

Once the free trial period ends and your paid subscription begins, the following terms apply:

  • No refunds are available once the annual subscription charge has been processed. The subscription is non-refundable for the current billing year.
  • Cancellation of renewal: You may cancel the future auto-renewal of your subscription at any time from your Billing settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current paid year, after which it will not renew.
  • Cancelling renewal does not entitle you to a refund of the current year's subscription fee.

2. Pro Tri-Monthly Plan (₹2,999 / 3 months)

  • No refunds once the subscription charge has been processed. Tri-Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation of renewal: You may cancel the future auto-renewal at any time from your Billing settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current 3-month period, after which it will not renew.

3. Consultation Sessions (₹1,999 per session)

  • Full refund: If you cancel your booked session at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a full refund of ₹1,999 will be issued.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or for no-shows.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the appointment at no extra charge.
  • If the session is cancelled by Oxbrivy for any reason, a full refund is automatically processed.

4. Free Plan and Referral Trials

The Free plan and referral-based trial sessions are provided at no charge. No refund is applicable as no payment is made.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email ceo@oxbrivy.com with subject line: Refund Request — [your registered email].
  2. Include your full name, registered email address, order / transaction ID (available in your Billing settings), and reason for the request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method:

  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 working days
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 working days
  • Wallet / Prepaid card: 5–7 working days

Bank processing times are outside our control. If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, please contact your bank and email us at ceo@oxbrivy.com.

7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Annual or Tri-Monthly subscription charges after the subscription has started.
  • Consultation sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Annual plans where the free Consultation credit has already been redeemed.

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension. We will provide full transaction records to dispute any fraudulent chargeback claims.
