Delivery Policy
Effective date: 1 June 2025
Oxbrivy is an entirely digital platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All products and services are delivered electronically over the internet. This policy explains how and when you can expect to access the services you purchase.
1. Subscription Plans — Immediate Delivery
Upon successful payment of a Pro Tri-Monthly or Pro Annual subscription, access is granted immediately and automatically. You do not need to take any further action — your account is upgraded the moment the transaction is confirmed.
- Minimum delivery time: Instant (typically within seconds of payment confirmation).
- Maximum delivery time: Up to 10 minutes in rare cases where payment confirmation from the payment gateway is delayed.
- If your account is not upgraded within 10 minutes, please contact us at ceo@oxbrivy.com.
2. Consultation Sessions — Scheduled Delivery
A Consultation session is delivered as a live, one-on-one video or voice call between you and a certified Oxbrivy advisor.
- After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email within 30 minutes.
- The session is scheduled at a mutually agreed time. Our team will contact you via email within 1 business day to confirm the session date and time.
- Minimum delivery time: 24 hours after booking (subject to advisor availability).
- Maximum delivery time: 5 business days after booking for the session to be scheduled.
- A session link (video call) is sent to your registered email address at least 1 hour before the session begins.
3. AI-Generated Documents
AI-drafted documents (SOP, LOR, CV, Essays, critique reports) are generated in real time within the platform — typically in under 60 seconds. Documents are stored in your account and can be accessed and downloaded at any time.
4. Service Availability
- The Oxbrivy platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Planned maintenance windows will be communicated by email and in-app notification at least 24 hours in advance.
- We target 99.5% uptime. In the event of unplanned downtime, affected subscription days may be credited at our discretion.
5. Geographical Availability
Oxbrivy is accessible from any country with internet access. All services are delivered digitally and are available globally. Payments in INR are processed for Indian users; international users may be subject to foreign transaction fees charged by their banks.
6. Failed or Incomplete Transactions
If a payment is debited from your account but access is not granted, or a booking confirmation email is not received within the time frames stated above:
- Wait 10 minutes and refresh your account page.
- Check your spam/junk folder for confirmation emails.
- If the issue persists, email us at ceo@oxbrivy.com with your transaction ID (from your bank statement or Razorpay receipt). We will resolve the issue within 1 business day.
